Welcome to the website of Lions District 4-C3!

Like all Lions Districts, we are located in a specific geographic area.  Our District comprises Alameda and Contra Costa Counties of California, USA.  Our counties are directly east of San Francisco across the San Francisco Bay.  Our District numbers about 1,076 Lions (members) in 43 clubs.
